Naruto groaned as he slowly came to, still groggy at the fight against Orochimaru and Kabuto, he was in a panic realizing they might still be in danger.
"It's alright Naruto, you're safe now." Naruto was a bit confused as he saw Tsunade and Shizune there smiling at him.
"We're so glad you're okay, your friends paid you a visit while you were unconscious." Shizune explained.
"There were also idiots that wanted to kill the 'demon brat' but we made sure they realized I'm in charge now." Tsunade added.
"You mean?" Naruto asked.
"I'm Hokage now, effective immediately!" Tsunade said, "I plan on making your life better, you deserve it after all."
"I...but why?" Naruto asked.
"You saved me from myself, and you gave me a reason to love again." Tsunade said warmly kissing him.
"I too have found conviction within you, if there is anything you want from us, don't hesitate to ask." Shizune added also kissing him, Naruto was a bit confused but nodded regardless.
"O...okay." Naruto said uncertain, not knowing how to respond, Tsunade sighed knowing he wasn't taught about what to do about affection shown to him.
"This is their fault, but don't worry it will be better now, starting with getting your lazy sensei whipped into shape." Tsunade promised, she held his hand, "Hiruzen was too complacent, I won't be."
"And I'll help, we plan on finally taking care of those that wish you harm." Shizune promised.
"But for now how about we show you what to do when a woman loves you?" Tsunade asked.
"Um." Naruto blushed a bit, he could use the help so he nodded, Tsunade took him gently and kissed him on the lips, Naruto blinked a bit but relaxed.
"Just relax, and let us show you our love." Shizune smiled as she gave him a kiss too, Naruto had no idea what was going on but relaxed and kissed them back.
"That's it, such a fast learner." Tsunade said stroking his cheek while Shizune took care of his other cheek. Naruto nodded at their complement, not use to such treatment before.
"We'd like to do more but you need to rest, we'll start improving life for you while letting your other friends visit." Shizune said.
"Take care Naruto, and know that we love you." Tsunade assured, they kissed him one more time and left the hospital room, making sure to wiggle their asses a bit, Naruto was still confused but decided not to question it.
