Is Mihoshi Baren's mom?

True, she's ditzy in most of the Tenchi series, but in the first one, she was quite intelligent. She just was really ditzy in that, mostly due to an uncontrolled causality-bending talent or something.

Which means that Baren would have his hands full with whatever happens when Mihoshi is around.
