when David opened the door no one was there looking out he turned his head and looked both ways noticing that some kids were running away down the street. "Dam kid's."

"Well who's at the door?" David's stepmother asked yelling from the next room.

"No one just some kids playing with the door bell," he replied.

"Alright," his stepmother said before going back to doing what ever it was she was doing.

thinking to himself David wondered what he should do today with his day off from school.
