Fortunately, the only people who know this are Olivia, who ordered it to be done, Jeremy, who will be cooking the fattening food and arranging it, and a maid named Toni who already wants to gain and has only stayed so thing till now in order to keep her job. She would be gaining almost as much as Olivia and Jeremy decided to make her the person who deals with Olivia the most, so that the maid Olivia sees most often will be the fattest servant she has.
Of course, he will still need to fatten the rest up somehow. He can always just make sure that the only food available to them is really fattening. And if he has them prepare the meals for Olivia, seeing how much she eats, that'll distort their view of how much is a 'normal' amount of food to eat. They'll eat more and the presence of so much food will only increase their appetites.
Or should he simply ask if they wouldn't mind gaining? Would it be worth the fat to strike back at Olivia? Maybe, if not all of them agree, he can find them jobs unseen by Olivia, hiding their skinny bodies and hiring new maids as well, who don't mind being fattened up like she is?
