"Hey! Watch where you're going!!" A voice cried out.
Alph, a nervous wreck of an espeon, stood there for a second, his hands shivering with his wrinkled map as he slowly lifted his head to catch the face of a furious, shiny umbreon.
"Tear your head from that map, pull it out of your arse, and be a little more considerate of others." She spat, her eyes casting unholy judgement down upon his lowered head.
"I-i'm so sorry. It's just that i'm brand new here and have absolutely no idea where i'm-"
"Oh save me from your prattle. You're lucky you bumped into me and not someone else. Do you know what the other's would do to someone as meek as you? They chew you and swallow you up before you could barely utter the word 'please,' do you understand me?" Alph nodded. "Good, then keep your head up and get out of my sight." She stormed away.
That... was not the morale boost alph needed for the day. He stood there mortified by whatever that was that just happened before snapping back together as he heard the bell begin to ring.
"Oh no no no no." Alph felt his heart accelerate with the recollection of that fact he was still lost as lost could be. In a panic he ran up to a put-out houndoom for salvation.
"E-excuse me ma'am could you tell me where the-"
"Beat it." She said mercilessly, without sparing a glance.
Alph did a double take, completely stunned by the steadfast hostility.
"Whyyyy is everyooonne here soo hostilleee????" Alpha cried out for mercy. But the espeon accepted his fate as he picked up his feet and aimlessly carried them forward. It was only then that he finally felt a light tap from behind.
"E-excuse."A soft, comforting feminine voice whispered. Alph turned around. It was an alolan vulpix. Pretty as pretty could be and as nervous as he had been.
"A-are you lost? You look lost. If you want i could... maybe... help you..?" She threw her eyes to the side.
"I-" Alph paused. "I would love it if you could" He smiled. She began to too, smiling back at him warmly.
"Perfect! If you could just tell me what class that is i can get you there in no time." She began to joyfully swish her tail back and forth.
