You come to a conclusion. There's no such thing as magic. It was probably a coincidence. Your mom might have found it in your laundry and put the 50 dollar bill on your bed. You jumble all the multiple conclusions across your mind until you drift to sleep, unaware of everything going on in your house.
Morning finally came. You slowly open your eyes and turn your face towards the alarm clock. 11 o'clock. The earliest you've been awake since leaving 12th grade. You roll out of your bed and let out a big yawn. After changing your clothes you rush back downstairs. There's only silence once again. It's too quiet to be your house. Where is everyone? Not even your parents are home.
Then you notice the packet of Rainbow Drops that you bought last night. They were missing. You searched the table, but after a brief pause, you simply shrug it off. "No matter," you think to yourself, "they didn't taste that good anyway."
But now you've got 50 dollars in your pocket. You can spend it on whatever you want. But the question is what on?
All of a sudden you halt in despair. Stacey! You forgot that you were meeting your girlfriend, Stacey Morgan, in less than an hour! Good thing that you woke up early, or else there would have been hell to pay. But she doesn't like it when you don't meet her on time either. You better get a move on.
So without hesitation you rush out of the door, lock up the house behind you with your spare key, and quickly make your way to meet up with Stacey.
