She tried to heave herself up from the couch, but to no avail. She thrust her flabby arms in the air and called out, "Mommy, I can't get up." she said in a whiny voice. "Coming, honey." her mommy said rushing over to her. Her mother took a firm grip of her arms, and pulled her up to a sitting position. Anna turned over to face her mother. "What smells yummy?" Anna asked, an excited look on her face. Her mother brought out the massive 2-foot long sandwich. A certain glow came to her eyes.
"Is mommy's little piggy hungry?" Her mother asked with enthusiasm. Anna nodded her head rapidly with a big smile on her chubby face.
Her mother placed the sandwich in front of her, and Anna furiously tore into the sandwich.
"Don't go too fast, you'll hurt yourself again." Her mother warned her, rubbing her back.
