Betty decided to head for the school parking lot. Maybe there was a vehicle there that she could use to escape the town. She managed to make it to the lot where all the school staff parked their vehicles in. Betty searched among the various vehicles, most of them being wrecked. She then spotted a black 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV sitting in the middle of the parking lot.
