A female form of your face.

In the mirror you can see your face turning female but not into that of your sister. Your black hair grows out past your shoulders but it's not turning red. You turn around and look into the male face of your new brother. He's checking out his short red hair. "What happened? Even the room..." Now you realized it too. The room of your former sister had gotten more manly or less girly you couldn't tell. He walked over to the shelf, picked up his wallet and pulled out his ID. "Looks like we didn't fully swapped bodys but becoming the other gender. And even reality adjusted." He handed you his ID and it shows the now male self of your sister.
What now?
