A statue or toy?

    by: gladiola Author IconMail Icon
That creature came across a small statue of a lady. She was naked and had her hand over her breast. Her head was looking at the sky and she was standing on one foot. The other foot was gracefully bent upwards. It looked as if it was a ballet dancer, but a naked one. The creature was fascinated by that statue and the idea of possessing it seemed appropriate. The pure energy made its way to the statue in the form of a wave and was no longer seen as it settled within. The lady statue that stood there for years began to become more flexible. She slowly moved her head lower and looked right in front of her. Two red, cracked eyes with black congested veins rolled forwards as the lady was trying to try different parts of her body as they come to move for the first time in decades. At first the movement of the limbs was rigid and made a lot of noise, but gradually it became smooth and quick. The statue seemed ready.
