This choice: ...Moriarty interrupted the flow. • Go Back...Chapter #5...Moriarty interrupted the flow. by: Unknown Mike had finished up the busywork in the kitchen, and figuring that Michelle had returned to work, he stopped by the bar to talk with Marcus about the Christmas Day football games. Mike was facing the bar, and as they talked, he saw Marcus' eyes widen in surprise, then heard the telltale rhythmic clicking of Michelle's sexy heels. No other woman in this place made a sound like that when they walked.
Mike smiled as he smelled Michelle's perfume, and then felt a pair of hands cover his eyes - feeling oddly rougher than usual - and heard a deep man's voice in a French accent say, "Oh, ma petit cherie, 'ow I 'ave missed you!"
Confused, Mike pulled the hands away and turned around...
... and saw Roger standing there, fully clad in Michelle's French maid outfit, apron, stockings, and even the high high heels. His face was impeccably made up, in just the style Michelle used, and he was clearly wearing her perfume.
"What the fuck, Roger?" Mike said, assuming this was some weird prank. "That's not funny!"
Now it was Roger's turn to look confused.
"'Roger'? What do you mean?" he said, continuing with the surprisingly convincing French accent. "Do you not recognize me, sweetie? I am Michelle!"
"Yeah, that's real freaking hilarious," Mike grumbled, and practically spun Roger around as he went looking for his girlfriend. Roger teetered on his heels, but regained his balance quickly, and stuck his bottom lip out in a pout. He turned to Marcus and said, "But, but... I'm right here!"
Mike quickly found Michelle...   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
