Dr. Moriarty watches a family of four enters their room, what took Dr. Moriarty's attention was the large woman, she was what Dr. Moriarty knew as bbw and Dr. Moriarty suddenly felt in rush to work on her.
The family was composed of:
Robert, a 43 year old tall man, dressed rather plain, he was wearing a white shirt and some blue pants.
