Kyle contacts a couple he knows

“So you’re going to swallow that pill… and then you’ll be like half an inch tall?”

Kyle looked at Mark and Shelby, both of their faces a mix of confusion and disbelief.

“Yes. And I wanted to shrink around people I could trust.”

“I need a cigarette,” Shelby said, as though the conversation was making her anxious. She got up and walked into the kitchen.

“Dude. Surely you don’t think this will work,” Mark said, stroking his huge black beard.

“It works. I just need to know I can trust you,” Kyle said.

“I mean, yeah, of course,” Mark replied.

Kyle’s plan had been to trick a neighbor into taking a pill, but after seeing Mark and Shelby he realized it might be fun to see them as giants. Mark was a big guy, and reminded Kyle of the giants you’d read about in old fairytales. Shelby was a curvy brunette beauty. Kyle popped the pill into his mouth, and almost instantly everything was dark. He was naked. He realized he was tiny, and inside of his now normal sized shirt.

Kyle made his way to the collar and climbed out. His eyes adjusted, and he looked up to see Mark looking down at him in disbelief. Shelby sat down beside of Mark on the couch and exhaled smoke lazily into the air before realizing what had happened.

“Holy shit…”

“It worked you guys!” Kyle yelled up in excitement. “I’m tiny!”

Mark reached down and easily plucked up his tiny neighbor between his thumb and forefinger, completely covering the now diminutive Kyle’s body.

“How small is he?” Shelby asked

“I dunno, like half an inch?” Mark replied, unsure.
