Okay and now who shall you pick

Kyle has made the easy decisions on staying on his floor. Since he wants to see his fantasy in action as soon as possible. He decides this is the best option and thinking that the safest option is to go with an apartment that you know who the owner is. Kyle has checked off the complete strangers apartment and focuses on the ones that are left Which is still a good several amount of apartments left. So seeing the closet two being in front of you and to the right. Kyle thinks if either of these two are good options...

Front: A woman named Nicole who is 28 years old. You found out how strange she is when meeting her when she moved in. And now all you do is wave her hello and have short awkward conversations when you two pass one another. She is tall being 6 foot tall, has long brunette hair, and a sort of skinny mom body. Your wife will occasionally have full on conversations with her and through that you know that Nicole is divorced, working at a grocery store, and is dating a short guy. And she might be the only person who you know is home since you saw her when you came home.

To your Right: A single woman named Ericka who is a single 38 year old woman. She is a good friend of yours, But because of her love for partying you two don't see each other to much. But whenever you do see her, she is usually going to talk to you about whatever party she will be going or has already gone to. She has long brunette hair, 5 foot 5', and Skinny body that stays in shape with all the running around she does.

Or does he think its best to look at the net two down the hallway.
