Sarah felt her tummy gurgle. So she giggled and said “I’m gonna poot again.”
So she lifted her leg and pushed *PPRaPAppp*
You are blasted with another stink bomb.
She then starts spreading her buttcheeks apart and she pushes. *PSSssssssPRPRPR*
You can see her anus as it opens up and spews gas at you. Normally you would be turned on but it was becoming unbearable.
She giggled again and said “Now I gotta poo.”
You think “Hooray! When she pulls down her pants, I’ll make my escape.”
But you see her buttcheeks open again and hear her grunt and push.
You are horrified to find out that she plans to poop her pants.
“Here… it… comes.” She says in a strained voice.
You see a huge brown log in front of you. The putrid stink hits you and you instantly start coughing and gagging
Sarah continues pushing as you run to the very back of her underwear to try to escape. But to no avail.
You get smothered in a pile of brown, putrid mush. And the pile only gets bigger.
She puts her hand on her butt, cups her poop bulge that was the size of an apple and says “I’m a dirty girl. I’m Princess Poopy-Pants.”
She walks up to a chair and says “I’m gonna sit on my throne. In my poo-poo.”
She sits down and feels her poop spread all over her butt.
She puts her hand on her butt again and sniffs it “Pee-yew! I’m a dirty girl and a STINKY girl.”
Then she decides to go to Jackie.
Jackie’s POV
Jackie is just reading a book when she suddenly smells something foul. Then she sees Sarah with a sad look on her face.
“I had an accident. I’m sorry.” She looks at you with sad eyes.
You hug her and say “It’s okay, baby sister. We all have accidents. Come on. Let’s get you cleaned up and changed.”
You lead her to the bathroom where you take off all her clothes, fish through her undies and put the little pervert in the sink and turn on the water so he could wash himself off. Then you get out the baby wipes and start cleaning her little butt.
“You really had to go.”
She giggles and says “Uh-oh.”
“What?”
*PPRffttlplp* She sharts while you’re wiping her.
“Good lord! That stinks!” you exclaim while coughing at the smell of Sarah’s shart.
She looks at you with sad eyes, looking as if she’s going to cry “I’m sorry, big sis.”
“Aw. It’s okay. Everybody farts. It’s natural.” You comfort her.
“Really?”
“Of course.”
“Then… Could you do something for me?”
“Sure. Anything for my baby sister.” you say while caressing her cheek.
“Could you poot for me?”
“What?” You say, shocked.
“Pretty please?” she asks with puppy eyes.
“Okay. Only for you.” You hesitantly agree as you bend over and start pushing.
*PRRRT*
“I did it.”
She giggles and says “You just pooted.”
“Let's get you in the bath.” You say as you draw a bath for her and lower her in the tub. “Extra soapy for you, stinky girl.”
Sarah sighs and says “Even princess poopy-pants has to take baths.”
After the bath, you get her into some new clothes and say “Try not to mess yourself in these clothes. Okay?”
She giggled affirmatively and skipped back to her room.
You then look back into the sink at the now clean pervert and pick him out of the sink with your two fingers. You set him down on the toilet seat and ask "Are you cured yet?”
He yells “Yes!”
You decide to test this by farting again. This time in his direction. *PRPRPRRR*
You see no boner. Unaware that he was imagining you as your 75-year old grandma. Big turn-off!
You let him go in his room to resize and when he does, you truly smell the stench caused by you and Sarah’s farts and her poop.
