Midna turned around and headed towards the stage with people in shackles and chains lined up on it. "Should be interesting. I've haven't seen these kinds of auctions since the last time I was in my own kingdom." For once, these light dwellers didn't seem so boring. She watched with a small smile and examined all the slaves in the line up. One particular young woman stood out of the slaves and Midna could see she was different from the rest.
She wore a torn blue silk dress with a few beautiful designs on it. Her hair was a gorgeous brown, but looked like it wasn't brushed for days. Also, her eyes were a striking baby blue. Though, that wasn't entirely what reminded Midna of another light dweller she knew, it was the burning determination in the gaze. A look... of a Princess who had seen many battles. Maybe one too many.
An older man with armor on and a scruffy ginger beard and a bald head stepped up and started shouting information about what each slave could do. He made his way down the line until he got to the woman. "This girl here," he grabbed her arm and tugged her forward roughly, "is a Princess from a far away land. She was a tricky one to capture, but I tell ya, one Hell of a prize." The slave peddler smirked at her with his yellow teeth. "She can--" He was cut off by the girl.
"I am Princess Lie Otta and I shall be no one's slave." She glared at the peddler with a deadly intent. Midna became more intrigued by the Princess's strong will. The girl ripped her arm away from the man's grip and stepped forward. "If anyone is willing to escort me back to Trifillya, I would--" Cut off by the slave peddler.
"ENOUGH! You do this everywhere we go! Shoo, off into the trailer you go!" With that, another slave driver took Lie Otta off the stage and the man apologized to the audience and continued with the next slave in line.
