You start to feel anxious as you begin to speak. part of you wants to tell her everything, but the other side of you wants to tread on the side of caution. You hands start to tremble and your toes fidget a bit as sweat beads above your brow line. You cant even believe you're thinking about doing this to your best friend, but as you thought before. She would be the ideal guinea pig as you know you can trust her not to talk and from a basic physical health standpoint shes probably even in better shape than you are.
“Ummm Kat, you're acting weird. Are you going to ask me out on a date or something?” she says half joking trying to break the awkward silence.
“I need you to come to my office once your shift ends.” you blurt out.
She looks at you, confused for a moment, then suddenly her eyes light up. “OH! I get it.” she leans in close and whispers. “I get it, it must be something pretty juicy if you can't even talk about it in the open.... Don't worry, your secrets safe with me.”
The first bell rings alerting you both that you really need to get to your post, so she turns to start walking away. “I look forward to hearing all the juicy details tonight.” she muses to aloud to both you and herself as she walks away from you.
“God damn, that was tense.” you think internally as you make your way to your class.
You get to your class room. its a very typical layout like one would see on TV. THe class is shaped like a half circle with stairs leading down to your desk and chalkboard on the lowest point as though they were the stage you are performing upon at a concert hall or something....
