Steven saw that he and Jill were conjoined, two heads on one body. His right side was connected to her left side. Their now-shared body split their sides in the middle. This included their clothes, which were half and half. The body only had one breast, which was obviously on Jill's side, and both genitals on their respective sides.

When Jill notices this, she reacts...
