Phil was but a 4 year old boy and an animated rugrat until one day this little animated rugrat had a giant growth spurt.

One day while in his backyard Phil himself had a giant growth spurt as his weight and size doubled while his clothes and diaper ripped themselves apart as Phil grew to be at least 100 feet tall as his shadow loomed over everything and everyone around him.

Now what will this titanic rugrat do next?
