You Explain

Well, since the cat's out of the bag, you explain to your sister about the guillotine. After you're done, your sister has an odd smile on her face.

"Uh-oh," you say, then turn to your girlfriend. "I know that grin. It's the 'I'm gonna tell Mom' grin."

"No, little brother," your sister says. "I'm not going to tell on you. In fact, I want to try this guillotine out."

"Seriously?" your girlfriend says in bewilderment.

"Yeah, it could be fun."

"Well, it's fun for us!" you say with a chuckle.

So all of you go to the garage to use the guillotine.

"Hey, is that your former body?" your sister says, pointing to the headless corpse that used to belong to you.

"Yes."

"I wonder how my head would look on it."

"Go ahead, put your head in the guillotine."

Your sister puts her head through the guillotine, then you slice it off, then you quickly pick it up and put it on your ex-body. It heals with ease.

Your sister, now in control of your male body, uses your/her left hand and puts it down your/her pants.

"Hey!" you say.

"Sorry brother," your sis says, quickly pulling your/her hand out.

"Relax, darling," your girlfriend says. "She's just comprehending your manhood."

You chuckle at that statement. "I guess you're right. Only thing is, what are we gonna do with your former body, sis?"

"I have an idea," your sister says.

You have the following choices:

1. put your girlfriend's head on it

2. cut it up in pieces and use them as extra body parts
