Taking a short look over of it, you see different buttons and options on the remote including a 'Revert' button. From what you can tell there's a step by step for what happens. One row is what happens, next what is affected, picking the ones affected, and an 'Awareness' button that is left off.
Picking 'Swap' and 'Bodies' buttons, you look at your family and wonder who to pick.
