Rise's muscle suddenly explode!

Rise let out a cry as suddenly, every muscle of her body swelled underneath her school uniform. In a instant, Rise went from a thin but curvy idol to a somewhat buff young woman. Her fifteen-inch wide biceps swelled underneath her sleeves and her leggings tore at the top from the size of her amazingly thick and muscular thighs. Despite having a body most women spend years to attain, Rise still continued to grow bigger and bigger.
"W-what's happening to me!?" Rise yelled lifting one of her growing arms. She watched as her bicep and forearms inflated right before her eyes, becoming as big as bowling balls. She lifted her other arm, seeing it grow just as big.
"Rise-chan! Are you getting bigger?" Teddie yelled as he watched Rise grow several inches taller than him.
"I don't know!"
Rise moved her eyes down at her legs to see her leggings rip apart because of the increasing mass of her thighs and calves. She could see every vein of her bulging legs pulsate while the idol continued to grow. She fell on her hands and knees while her shoulders broadened, causing the back of her school uniform to tear right down the middle. Rise flexed her back, letting Teddie see the idol's back surged with new rippling muscles. The idol looked down to see her pecs grow forward, pushing out her inflating breasts out further and snapping her bra. She gritted her teeth as she felt the muscles in her neck thicken along with the rest of her massive body. Only the idol's skirt and the necklace remained when Rise grew muscles that could rival the biggest of male bodybuilder's.
The growth finally stopped, leaving Rise with muscles bigger than any woman's and most men. She breathed heavily, sweat making her new muscles glisten in the sunlight.
With her large hand, the idol grabbed the necklace around her neck...
