Felix looked up at the Succubus. She looked so sad and misserable. Felix glanced down, but saw her out of the corner of his eye. Tears were forming below her eyes. She slowly released her grip on his arm, and walked back to her corner. She turned away from Felix, covering herself with her wings. Felix looked at her the entire time.
That creature is no monster. She is just a scared girl. She may be bigger and older than I expected, but she is just scared. Who knows what Lord William has done to her already. She showed me that she is not as dangerous as what I have been told. I should trust her. But, I should also keep an eye on her. Just because she isn't a monster, does not mean she will not try to eat me.
Felix walked over to the Succubus and placed his hand on her shoulder. The Succubus looked at Felix with tears in her eyes.
"I will tell you everything you want to know," Felix said.
The Succubus grabbed Felix and hugged him. "Oh thank you!" she said.
"Uhh...miss...you're crushing...me...!"
The Succubus stopped and slowly placed Felix on the ground. "Sorry, I don't know my own strength sometimes. I'm Dew."
"My name is Felix."
An hour passed through the cell. Dew asked a lot of questions while she ate, but Felix answered all of them. Felix did not bother Dew to ask any questions about her. After Dew asked her last question, she busted into tears.
"I can't believe that Lord William wants me for that!" she exclaimed. "I would never want to hurt anyone!"
"Uh...Dew?" Felix asked. "Aren't you a Succubus?"
"So what!" Dew yelled back. "Just because I am a Succubus does not mean I should be one!"
"I knew I should not have said that" Felix thought. "Now what is she going to think of me?"

"Why would Felix say that!" Dew thought. "Is Felix still afraid of me? Maybe, he doesn't fully trust me yet. I was always the odd one in Feralya. I want to show a difference here!"

Felix just stood there as Dew stood up with her back facing him with her arms crossed. He made his way to the cart. "I'll see you tomorrow morning Dew," he said. Felix pushed the cage out of the cell. The guard let him past, but stopped him.
"What took you so long in there slave?" he asked.
"The...Succubus gave me some trouble," replied Felix. "I had to beg her to let me go."
"Looks like the one guard owes me some money now."
Felix walked away with the guard chuckling. He was mad that the guards would bet on him. He dropped the cart off at the kitchen, and went to the slave's quarters. He quickly fell asleep in his rough makeshift bed. The next morning, Felix was up even earlier than he was before. The chef gave him trouble when he came earlier, but Felix made it past him. The guard gave him trouble too, but he made it past him as well. Felix walked in and saw Dew. To his surprise, Dew was...
