Ian enjoys dessert!!

Ian was looking forward to the dessert - the only question was whether he would eat the whole thing in one sitting.

Shari soon returned carrying a serving plate on which proudly sat a dutch apple pie. Beside it was a tub of ice cream, and pile of thick slices of cheddar. Ian grinned broadly as Shari dished up the first slice, topped it with ice cream, and dropped some cheddar beside it.

In a twinkling Ian had engulfed the pie and Shari was dishing up a second slice. Ian ate this a bit more slowly, savouring the rich tastes.

The third slice went down a little more slowly again.

Will Ian eat the whole pie?
