You spot some quick movement out of the corner of your eye. You turn. Nothing. Again. Other side. You turn. Again, nothing. Suddenly breathing...directly behind you!
You spin on your heels and come face to face with....a mouse?!
It just looks at you and you look at it. Both of you stare at each other for a long time. You examine the light gray colored mouse in this time. It's big, maybe large plant-eating dinosaur-sized compared to you. Actually on second thought, you guess that it has to be larger than that, you are about half the size of its eye. I mean its nose is the size of a tractor trailer compared to you!
As it looks at you, you think, "Maybe I can tame this thing and it could be some kind of pet/vehicle thing for me..." You ponder on this. It hasn't hurt you yet, but it IS a wild animal and a possibly dangerous one. You carefully walk up to it, ready for some kind of attack from it at any moment. You make it to its tractor trailer sized nose, which is close to the ground, and you start to pet it. The mouse makes some purring kind of noise which you take as a sign of pleasure and happiness. Maybe you could tame this mouse.
You stop petting it and start to walk towards your bed to get a pile of string that you always keep stockpiled - never know when you have to climb up or down something. The mouse follows closely behind you, each step causing loud booms. You grab your string and some fabric and make some kind saddle for the mouse. The mouse is so big though that you'll have to put the saddle on its head though. You also fashion some reins to control the mouse with. Now for the tricky part...putting it on the mouse.
You carefully approach the mouse and you pet it for a moment before you start to put on the reins.
