Tails thought that since she wanted a chaos emerald so much she should get it, so activating the machine he programmed the parameters for a chaos emerald into the computer and started the transformative process. Inside the machine Rouge suddenly felt herself getting stiffer and denser, then after a few seconds she noticed she was shrinking, thinking little of it since Tails had told her it was a tf machine she just shrugged it off as (rightly) a part of the process then she saw her arm start to crystalize starting at her fingers and quickly moving up her arm at the same rate she shrunk, when the crystals reached her shoulder it quickly spread both to her other arm and down her rapidly shrinking body. When her body had both stopped shrinking and crystallizing she was standing there a miniature crystal statue with her normal organic head, just as she realized that she couldn't move she started changing again her arms suddenly snapped to her sides and her legs collapsed her into a sitting position with her knees up to her chest, then slowly at first but gradually getting faster her body condensed into the form of a chaos emerald still with her normal head on top but before she could tell Tails to change her back her head was pulled into her new self slowly spreading her consciousness throughout her new form allowing her to do anything since she was a chaos emerald but only able to do anything at the command of another.
