While he is laying his feet near your face, you start to touch his socked feet and you asked Joe that if he didn't mind to play with his socks, he didn't understand what does playing with socks mean? You replied: "Just tickle, sliding and remove the socks halfway", he didn't mind but he won't remove his socks at all because he didn't used to be played with his feet from anyone, also he is too worried from his parents if they know that someone has touch one of his body's parts!
