You have reached the time when you are giving birth to a foal. You had learned a lot in the last year you had lived as a horse. Much of this new knowledge was knowledge you would have preferred to live without knowing. But this knowledge was forced upon you in your new life as a pregnant mare. You have learned that pregnancy is not very apparent until about three months before now, birth time. The foolish humans were not aware of this and continually placed you into breeding pens until they were sure that you were pregnant. For the first eight months as a horse you were subjected to the strongest (and most sexually active) young males of the herd at least three times a week for hours at a time.
This may sound like the worst part of your time as a horse but it turned out to be the most tolerable times. It prevented you from thinking too much about your situation. Your body was amazingly sensual and provided a exceedingly large amount of sexual energy during these times. Much more than you had ever felt as a man. The worst part, was when you were alone among the herd.
You were effectively mute. Communication with humans was all but impossible. Any signs of intelligence were passed off as mere coincidence by the humans (you stopped considering yourself human a few months into your new life.) You could communicate with the horses but they only spoke with emotions, a whinny could mean they are happy and pinned ears indicated aggression. The herd were beasts, but you were not. You had a human mind with a beast's body. You seemed to realize your own intelligence when you had this vast period of time to think while you were not being bred.
It wasn't all bad though. You were the prime horse of the herd, you were as strong as any other horse and were much more beautiful. You had a pure, shiny black coat of fur that glistened like oil in the sun. Kelos would only have you bred with the most prime males available and would ride you exclusively to his important meetings with other kingdoms. Many measures were kept to keep you in supreme condition, this included: daily bathing, weekly trimming and constant access to the best food available.
The baby was coming, you scream in your new horse voice out in pain... and it was over. You suddenly felt 150 pounds lighter than you did a moment ago. You look down to see your new foal on the ground. Kelos entered and observes the care the humans surrounding you are giving your new foal. Kelos tells his men, "I want these horses ready in a week for transport to the kingdom of Arthras, her majesty wishes for a beautiful horse and this is the most beautiful of all."
