You reluctantly decided to put on the Elf costume.
You went to the changing room and got the costume out of the packaging, it looked tiny in comparison to you.
You then stripped out of your current outfit and tried to put the costume. You started with the tights which you were surprised that fit you, then the tunic which barely fit on, then the shoes which didn’t fit your feet at all, then you put the ears over your current ears which were probably the easiest thing you had to put on and finally put the hat on the top of your head.
You proceeded to look in the mirror to see what you looked like.
Needless to say, you looked ridiculous in the cartoonishly undersized fitting costume.
“I look stupid, this is probably just some silly prank by that old guy” you said while looking at your reflection.
Suddenly, you felt your body changing and your surroundings getting larger in size. You only felt pain for a short while as your changes began to stop.
You looked around you and saw how big everything around you looked. You went back to the mirror to see your reflection and then saw how your costume now fit you perfectly. You then felt the fake ears which now felt real when connected to your head.
“What just happened?” you said caught off guard by your new high pitched voice.
“Oh no” you said in a panic. “This is real, what am I going to do?”
Suddenly, Santa walked into the room. He was now ginormous compared to you.
“Ho, ho, ho, my oh my, you turned out way better then I expected” said Santa as he crouched down to your new height. “You’re a little bit smaller compared to some of my other elves, but you’ll fit in perfectly”
He then took a look at your face.
“You do need an elves name though, your human name probably won’t fit your new form at all” said Santa observing your face “Your new name shall be Dazzler Treaclepot”
Santa then pulled out a comically small mug which is probably normal sized for you now out of his coat pocket and handed it to you.
“Drink this hot chocolate and it’ll magically take you to your new life the North Pole” demanded Santa.
