You actually had several power of which metamorphosis was just one, the others included: elemental control over fire, water and sometimes air, telepathy, teleporting, the ability to consume things (and if need be, people) with other orifices besides your mouth, and lastly the ability to communicate with animals. You walk outside (having left your bags outside your room but out of anyone's way) and notice a red haired teen sitting by her self stretching but as you approach her you notice a wild scent about the girl that you recognize as a fellow canine shape-shifter. The girl hasn't noticed you so you walk closer to her until you are close enough to touch her head with your hands without her getting away if she gets scared. You place your hands on her shoulders while she's bent forward stretching her calf muscles and immobilize her to get inside her head to hold a private conversation. "Hello there, I didn;t think there would be any other shape-shifters nearby, what's your name miss?" Does she panic or try to casually get acquainted?
