Chapter #8

You don't argue.

    by: Unknown
Christina's place is closer to the shop than yours is. It's tiny and she lives there alone. Her living room couch folds out to reveal not too bad a bed -- which takes up most of the living room.

"You and that fake Ingrid seemed to get pretty damned friendly back there," you say, the tones of a jealous boy marring your beautiful female voice.

"She's actually a nice lady," says Christina, "not the bitch I thought she was. I mean, I don't blame her for wanting to see a young Ingrid Bergman in the mirror. She even gave me some costumes for free!"

"Probably you'll get stuck in them," you say.

"She's scanned my body and there'll be a Christina suit ready along with your Jake one," she says, "if the very worst happens. Or... we could be each other! You should try being me for a week or two, Jake!" To your amazement, that actually seems a pretty good idea, and Christina correctly interprets your silence as approval -- or at least not outright disapproval -- of the idea. "It'll be so cool living each other's lives, Jake! You'll be able to appreciate me from the inside, too!"

Soon you're at Christina's apartment. She leaves you in the tiny living room with one of the bags. "Clothes for you, Jake: nightgown, some girl clothes in just your size for tomorrow. We'll stop at your apartment tomorrow to get a change of clothes that fits your Jake shape."

"And the other bags..."

"Three new mes!" she says, and steps briskly into her bedroom, locking the door behind herself.

You fold out the sofa bed. Christina has a set of clean-looking linen already on it. You don't figure you'll be getting any girl-on-girl action with Christina: she's never shown any signs of liking that. You undress and confirm from your reflection in the entryway mirror, needlessly, that your body looks perfectly female from the outside: maybe a gynecologist would find some of the necessary bits missing, but you doubt it: you're all girl. You sigh like the pretty woman you've become and put on the nightgown from the bag: it's flannel and comfortable without looking too dowdy.

Someone comes out of Christina's bedroom. It's

You have the following choices:

1. Ingrid.

2. someone else.

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
