You ask Nathan to swap groins.

Nathan can see from the smile on your face that you are getting ideas.

"So little bro, you can swap ANYTHING.... even our groins?" you say with a smirk on your face.

Without saying a word your brother smiles at you before you see a bulge start to form in your pants.

"Wow this is amazing, do you think you could let me borrow this thing for a while?" you say to your little brother.

Your brother seems to be happy with the trade and says "Keep it for as long as you want, just let me know when you want to swap back".

"Who said anything about swapping back" you say still smiling.

Your brother now runs upstairs to his room to check out his new equipment. You also decide to head off to your room. As you walk upstairs you think you'd better change your pants... your new bulge was way too visible in your tight white jeans. Once you get back to your room you find a pair of baggy jeans that will conceal your new package a bit better. You lay them on your bed and then take off your tight white jeans.

You have the following choices:
