Shrink the cop car

You pull your car over to the side of the empty road, your other hand gently caressing the button of the size gun. The car behind you stops, and, just before the officers can begin to open their doors, you whip out the remote and fire! The officers inside are frozen with terror as the world grows around them.
Seizing the opportunity, you leave your car and pick up theirs. You look in on their little terrified faces, both of them being only a few inches tall. Laughing, you move the car around in your hands, occasionally even tossing it back and forth to yourself. It is the most realistic toy car it has ever been your good fortune to play with. The screams of it's occupants just barely reach you.
Bored with their screams, yet somehow wanting more, you put the squad car back down on the dirt road and allow the officers a few minutes to get over their fright and exit the car. The man is a large fat and bald Black man and the woman is a petite blond with short curly hair who, even from this distance, you can tell fills out her uniform nicely. You smile evilly at the thought of your two new interactive playthings.
