The blue dragon deftly evades most of the shards of glass, but one of his wings and his left legs were cut badly. The blue dragon hissed in pain and spyro attempts to repeat the sharding. The dragon releases a blast of concussive force at Spyro, knocking him against the wall. Spyro lie in a daze, unable to muster enough strength to fight back. "That hurt you little bastard!"
shouted the blue dragon. Clearly angry, he begins to walk menacingly towards Spyro, but stops. He turns towards Cynder. He grips her neck in his mouth and walks infront of the dazed purple dragon. He spits Cynder out at his feet, and then says "Hmm...I wonder what I should do next...Maybe I'll have some fun with your girlfriend here, eh?"
Spyro struggles to his feet, trying to face the blue menace. The blue dragons turns swiftly, swiping spyro with his tail. Spyro flies across the room, hitting an old pile of bones from the blue dragon's previous meal. The blue dragon returns his attention to cynder. As he prepares to have his way with her, a yellow bolt of electricity flies from an opening in the cave, striking the blue dragon. The blue dragon cries in pain, and turns to the source of the electricity. "What was that for?" he questioned.
An orange dragon stepped fromt he opening. She was about the same size as the blue dragon. "I simply saw through your intentions, Slyphir. What would father and mother think?"
Slyphir hissed at the orange dragon and retorted "They're not here, now are they?"
"No, which is why I am in charge of you, my fool of a younger brother," replied the orange dragon.
Slyphir puffed himself up, so as to make himself look imposing. Spyro had begun to come out of his daze. He waded through the scrap pile to see Slyphir and his sister apparently about to duel.
