Veda Herttale: A young, hardy girl with a loyal heart. She is rather shy, but reliable. She's quite the monk; one with nature. Prefers trees to people. She lives in the woods, aged 16. Her strengths are magic, intelligence and hardiness, but her weaknesses are speed, physical power, threatening the well-being of others, and emotions. She'd take a beating herself, but she feels guilt easily. Anyone being hurt would upset her greatly, not to mention she's poor at handling others. She's socially awkward. Not a bad manipulator, though. She knows the hearts of people and can see through lies.
Maxine 'Max' Fairune: A girl seeking love, Max is sweet and simple. A kind teen, aged 18. Although not the brightest, she is one for healing and caring for others. Quite the Mother Hen. Not much of a fighter, but she will take the battlefield if only for a minute or two to back someone up. Her strengths are healing people and providing emotional support. Her weaknesses are strength, anything offensive, and willpower. To put it simply, she can't really do much in battle; she'd take a beating for a loved one, though. She's got the heart of a country girl: Fair and square. She won't tolerate anything bad.
Mercedes Kang: Mercedes may seem shy, but don't underestimate her. With a bow-and-arrow, she's a monster. Great aim, but she won't fight unless provoked. She'll get her hands dirty, though, resulting to theft or blackmail when needed. Sure, she's friendly; but she's a sassy one. One wrong move, and you'll have an arrow in your chest before you can even think twice. Raised in a dog-eat-dog family in a dog-eat-dog town, Mercedes learned that, sometimes, you need to get down and dirty. Although she's a wiz at her bow and arrow, she can only carry so many. Not to mention, if she's upset, she won't keep her mouth shut.
