New ant hill

As you turn to the sound, you're met with a scary sight. You thought that perhaps there'd be nothing behind you - or, at worst, just a single hungry bug. But no.

There were multiple ants. It seemed they had just opened up a new entrance and many of them were pouring out. They began to move the dirt about and clear up debris, while other disappeared, presumably to forage food.

The ant hill must've been a good four hundred feet away, but you knew that soon enough that some of the ants would go in your direction and attack you. The best option at this point would be to run, despite being incredibly tired.
