Yukiko is thin, Chie on the other hand...

Yukiko was dressed in her summer clothes and looked stunning as ever. But as soon as she saw her now portly friend she froze. Even though Chie was trying to hide her gut, there was no way her thick arms could cover it all, and because she still thought she was thin she wasn't even bothering to hide her chunky thighs and rear end. Yukiko knew that saying the wrong thing could devestate her friend, so she shook it off and pretended like nothing was wrong. "Hey Chie, I can't believe that we both decided to break out our summer wardrobe today. I guess we're on the same wavelength, we really..." Yukiko froze and realized that instantly going to the clothes was not a smart decision.
"Yukiko would you look at this," Chie said pulling on her top to try and cover her stomach, "I had been looking forward to wearing this and now it's ruined, just like all my other clothes. Do you think I have moths? Do moths even eat this much?"
Yukiko couldn't believe it, even after seeing her giant gut hanging out she still didn't notice anything. Yukiko felt guilty for not saying anything, but after how upset Chie sounded on the phone there was no way she could break the bad news now. "It's, it's a real mystery."
"A mystery," repeated Chie, "maybe we should ask Naoto for some help?"
"No," shouted Yukiko without thinking, "I mean, no she wouldn't know anything about bugs."
"Yeah, okay," said a depressed Chie looking at her clothes. Yukiko breathed a sigh of relief, the last thing Chie needed was for more people to know that she didn't think she was fat.
"Hey, I've got an idea," said Yukiko, "I know what will cheer you up."
