Ruto is shocked to see Link very feminine looking with long blond hair. Link looks very attractive as a girl, given that Ruto is not into girls at all.

You would think Link would be surprised to see Ruto and try to explain why she is a girl. But strangely she acts like she has been a girl her whole life and still very much in love with Ruto. She walks up to Ruto, greets her and then gives her a passonate kiss on her lips.

Now Ruto is shocked that Link is actually kissing her as a girl. Although the kiss actually feels pretty nice, but she mentally slapped herself of this.
