Bridging a generation gap

"They need 2 more players for the bridge tournament," Cindy told her. So I'm going to step in and you hit the button."

"Weeell, if ya say so darlin," Rachel rattled and shuffled over to the button.

Not sure what she was doing, Rachel put on her glasses to check out the controls.

"What's taking so long? came Cindy's static filled voice over the intercom.

"Don get yer panties in a bunch there girlie, I'm just tryin ta figger these here controls out."

"Just push the button, I've got everything set," Cindy replied.

"Alright then, here goes."

She pushed the button and the change went through. When the door opened...
