"Hey babe, you want to get some lunch at Padrinos? I can pick you up in 10" asked Troy when she picked up the phone. "Sure" she responded automatically, forgetting for a moment the couple bags of chips and left over pizza she had finished a little while ago. After hanging up, she spotted the empty bags and plate and felt a rush of guilt. "No wonder I am gaining weight" she reprimanded herself. "Maybe I shouldn't go out to lunch"
