You stopped, you forgot about the reason why you don't take this route that often. In front of you, the graveyard loomed over you. Half of you wanted to turn back, the other was telling you 'you went this far, why not continue, there is nothing to fear. You bit back your anxiety and trudged forth, scanning for threats around the graveyard. You tried to assure yourself 'there is nothing to fear, it only happens in horror films.
You swear you could hear something behind you... But nothings there.
