Veronica's feet exploded out of her shoes!

Pow! Veronica's shoes rocketed off her feet. She wiggled her toes happily, not noticing they were now 6 times their normal size.
"Eeek!" screamed one of the girls, "she's got that gross foot virus!"
Maya got up and ran for the door. Pow! Her shoes exploded off her feet, revealing her new size 68'' feet. She stumbled over her big floppy feet, not used to their size.
"Oh god, oh god..." Veronica started, "I'm so sorry! I didn't know!"
Blam! Elizabeth squealed as her sandals were torn apart, her feet now much more massive than their former selves.
Maya, who was still on the floor, rolled into a sitting position and started rubbing her feet.
"Ah... they're... so big..." she whispered softly.
By now the entire class was in an uproar, girls who's feet hadn't grown fearing which one of them would be next, and girls who's feet had grown wondering what to do.
Elizabeth rose from her seat with a blank look in her eyes.
"I... my head... feels funny..." she said slowly.
She turned around and started to approach...
