You hear the voice describing a device to you that was hidden in the basement, in a box under a tarpaulin which hadn't been moved for decades. Shrugging it off at first you soon have the curiosity to go down in the basement and check for yourself.
There...sure enough is the box under the tarpaulin, and inside was a box-shaped device with two medium-sized antennae sticking out of the front. And there was a collection of buttons with the names of body parts on them, as well as other things like personality and voice etc. It clearly wasn't decided only to swap physical body parts, but a whole lot of other stuff too.
"This looks neat...and old!" you said to yourself, as you ascended the stairs and left the basement, taking the odd looking device with you. You blew the dust of the device when you were upstairs and gave it a clean, improving its appearance somewhat.
Pressing the On/Off button you were delighted to hear a churning sound, it sounded a bit like an electronic hand mixer used to prepare cake mix.
You could tell the device was pretty old simply by looking at it, and it sounded it too.
But...it seemed to function, and you needed to see if it actually worked.
