Military Usage

The supervisor, understanding the untested potential of the God Formula and feeling that she was doing her patriotic duty decided to do the right thing and report the findings to the military, especially in light of the fact that this research facility was sponsored by a military contract. She called the company headquarters, who arranged a courier to retrieve the formula and the plans to make more of it. The plan to move the formula was kept absolutely secret, not even the courier was told what was inside the bundled package as he loaded it on the van and drove to the biggest military research base in the city.

When the package arrived the scientists of the base were assembled and were sworn to secrecy over the formula as they were permitted to further study it. Indeed, the results indicated that any human digestion of the substance would link their minds to reality itself, allowing anyone that drank the formula to have effectively unlimited potential. The implications were considered frightening, as it was now feared that any enemy nation could develop their own formula and effectively rule the world, especially in light of other reports which indicated that foreign labs were secretly working on similar discoveries. Based on this the top military brass convened on which options to take, each of which carried risks of their own.
