You see that the woman that picked you up was in her early 60s, wearing a nurse’s outfit and had a name tag that read “Ethel: Punishment nurse”, she Carries you into a room that resembles a doctor’s office, Ethel sits you down on an examination table and walks over to a medicine cabinet, opens it up and grabs a bottle of thick viscous oily yellow liquid labeled “castor oil” and a large spoon. “you are a bad baby, so now you have to finish, this whole bottle, of castor oil”. She moves the spoon towards your mouth and says “ Now I’m afraid it doesn’t taste very nice. Open wide please”. You keep your mouth shut tight so Ethel speaks in an authoritative tone “Now come on, open wide, say ahhh”, as she moves the spoon closer to your tightly shut mouth. You continue to refuse to open your mouth so Ethel slaps your inner thigh and just as you scream out in pain, Ethel shoves the thick oil into your mouth, Ethel proceeds to press your cheeks together, forcing you to swallow the oil. Before you could fathom what the hell you just swallowed, Ethel shoves the bottle into your mouth and forces you to swallow the rest of the oil. Eventually she removes the bottle, picks you up and says “well done baby, you are a brave little one for taking your special medicine so well”.
She carries you into a room labeled “feeding room 004”, you saw other “babies” getting “fed” as your were approaching the room. As you were carried into the room you were strapped into the lone high chair in the room as Ethel said “I’ll be back with some num nums”.
