She followed her to the Nasty Burger.

Sick and tired of eating grass for lunch for the last two weeks, Paulina decided to go to the Nasty Burger for dinner where she hoped to have some 'real' food.

Flying through the air, the Lunch Lady was keeping her eyes on Paulina. "If I could get the prettiest girl in that school to gorge on my tasty meat, then everyone will want to join in. But how to do it?" she thought of her plan, which only needed a few more details. Confronting Paulina in her ghost form would frighten her so she needed a more hidden approach.

Being a ghost, she could use her powers of possession to convince the youthful beauty to get on her side.
