Chapter #3

Naruto

    by: Unknown
Naruto hummed a cheerfful tune as he walked the streets of Konoha. It had been several years since the end of the Great Shinobi War and he could honestly say that he was happy with life. Madara was finally dead, the nations were experiencing their first real piece ever, and he was well on his way to becoming hokage. His only regret was the escape of Sasuke Uchiha. The dark avenger had dissapeared shortly after Madara's defeat and had not been seen since. But Naruto knew that he would surface one day, and then they would finally have their long awaited confrontation. All in all, life was good. Naruto smiled a little bigger as he turned another corner, oblivious to the crimson, tomoed eyes that followed him.

Sasuke smiled evilly. He had never forgiven for killing Madara, the founder of his clan, and all but ruining his plans to destroy Konoha. As pwerful as he was, he knew he could not destroy Konoha so long as Naruto was there. The idiot had managed to beat Madara single-handedly; there was no way Sasuke could take him AND Konoha at the same time. So, he had spent years looking into a way to get rid of Naruto while also inflicting revenge on the blonde. What he had eventually found was a very special jutsu. It forced the target to slowly regress both physically and mentally. In addition, it would alter reallity (excluding the user) to match the age of the victim. He knew of Naruto's miserable childhood, and could think of no better revenge than sending him back to that hell with the side benefit of making him to weak to fight. Sasuke prepared the jutsu and let it loose in a flash of light.
