The door of Carly's apartment clicked open while Spencer unloaded his groceries on the front door. "Carly!" Spencer shouted, trying to kick away a small dog from his pants leg. The dog growled as Spencer muttered and growled back at it, shaking his leg furiously while holding two grocery bags in his hands. Carly raced down the stairs, casually saying "hey" to her brother and grabbing his groceries. "This.. dog, you've... got to... help me! Urgh." Spencer blurted, grabbing the door in attempts to shake his leg harder. "No. Spencer, you didn't get ice cream? Come on." Spencer looked dumbfounded, his leg seized shaking and the dog took the opportunity to bite his ankles. "Ow!" Spencer screamed, grabbing his leg and jumping up and down. The dog let go and landed on the floor, yelping once he reached the ground. The dog took off furiously and Spencer shut the door quickly.
"Anyway, what's up?" Spencer asked walking over to Carly who was already rummaging through the groceries. "You hungry? I could whip us up a couple of spaghetti tacos if you want." Carly shook her head and continued to rummage until she found a jar of mayonnaise, a jar of pickles, ham, and a whole loaf of bread. "Nah. I'ma make a sandwich for me and Sam." She said. "Sam is coming over?" Spencer added, walking over to the fridge to put stuff inside. "Yeah, we've got this new idea for iCarly, it's a contest to see which of us can gain the most weight in a month." Carly said while she spread the mayo on a slice of white bread. "Hmm. That's interesting" Spencer said, unconsciously agreeing to something crazy again.
"Hey... wait a minute! Did i just hear you say 'gain weight'?" Spencer said, hitting his head on the fridge door on his way to meet Carly's gaze. Carly took a bite of her already-made-sandwich and gulped it down with some soda. "Yep!" She said. "Where'd you get that soda?" Spencer said, pointing to the liter of the suspicious off-brand soda. "Freddie's mom was giving away party stuff earlier while you were gone. She told me I could choose between soda and photos of Freddie as baby. I told her I already had the photos, so I might as well have the soda." Carly added, laughing into another bite of her sandwich. "Oh." Spencer said, with a confused expression. "Cool." He added.
