Your vision fades fast and your can't move any inch of your body. You feel weightless as it seems that you just died.
You wake up with the strangest feeling. Your chest feel heavier, your hair is feels heavier at the back of your head, and your legs got colder. As your vision changes from a forest to the inside of a building, you look down and to your shock, you find out that you in Nurse Joy's uniform! Your chest grew big breasts and your new hourglass figure is gorgeous. You look at your hands and its long nails. You look up and looked around the room. You see a bathroom and run towards it. You look at the signs, pause for a moment, then enter the women's room. You stare into the mirror to find out that you are Nurse Joy. You look at your wrist and to your relief, your Poketch is still there. The name in the hearts is now "Sa. Nurse Joy". You think about your possession and leave the bathroom.
You look at the front desk, and notice a boy and your helper, Chansey. The boy is carrying a pokeball and crying. It is obvious that his pokemon are hurt.
