"What the hell?" Eva said, once she realized what she was holding. "You're a person!"
"Yes, I know," Jessica replied, then glanced down and saw how far off the ground she was. "Could you put me somewhere safer, please?"
"Oh, right. Sorry." the Goth told her, putting the shrunken teen down on her open palm. Jessica looked up at the billboard sized face before her, the giant's breath washing over her every second or so. "This is so unreal. How did this happen?"
"I was walking home," Jessica explained. "A light struck me, coming from between those two houses across the street. And the next thing I know, I'm this size."
"That's amazing," Eva replied. "What should I do with you? Drop you off at your place or something?"
"My whole family's gone for the week. Off on vacation. You'd be leaving me at an empty house."
"Hmm," the Goth said, thinking. "I don't suppose you'd want to spend the week with me, would you?"
